A struggling bed & breakfast on the edge of town has been recently purchased and renovated by a trio of older women looking to start a new chapter in their lives. They cleaned house on the staff as well, firing everyone but the receptionist and the chef. The inn, The Golden Vista, isn’t open to the public yet, but Dotty Nielsen, daughter of one of the women and best friend of the other two, is in town with her husband Luke to be the Vista’s first guests. Dotty is also an old friend of one of our Mavens, and when everyone is gathered for the B&B's first brunch service, what's served is murder!
Can your Mavens solve the mystery before the crumbling Golden Vista collapses all around them?
This mystery is lovingly inspired by the Golden Girls spin off The Golden Palace. It's a great romp for Golden Girls fans, but can stand on its own for players who don't know a thing about those four sassy ladies from Miami.
